Mike,

Thanks for the picture. It looks like most other Peruvian bitaeniata in tail
pattern & location of bands. It looks much like the fish pictured in Römer's
atlas on p. 305, from the Rio Napo. Truthfully, most bitaeniata have very
similar dark markings & most are probably geographic color morphs of 1 wide
ranging species.
