nice getting to meet you and your family. I must admit though Sal did make me sign a contract not to give out his secret recipe. I think if you ask him directly he might be able to hook you up. He's a real hobbyist guy so if he knows your not going to go out and market it or sell it but, share it with other hobbyist he might just give in.
Actually when I make mine I'm going to keep some on the side and serve it to my family with some pasta I think it would work good that way too.<G>
