Nope Folks I am not selling nor do I have any desire to. I am just showing the list to illustarte the fact that tank raised fish are readily available and in my opinion a much better choice especialy for the novice. Tank raised fish are disease resistant, because they are line bred that way. They are also more colorful because they are line bred. It i slike comparing wild discus to the fancy varities available today. Of course this is all just opinion and we all have them. My point is that id rather deal with tank bred fish then wild. For the following reasons 1)hardy tank raised and used to aquaruim conditions 2)more colorfull by far! Ill tajke a A.agassizi gold/red any day or a aggie double red. 3)Wild fish will always have the potential to be holding parasites no matter how much quaraintine they get. Yes wild fish are preferred by some and thats cool im not sayingthats wrong butrather simply advocating the better choice in tank bred fish for most as they will most likely have success and not have fish that are not shy but aquaruim bred and much more sociable. I think of my German Rams, my aggies etc they all eat from the top of tank and are not shy at all. Lastly I have talked to may newbie Apisto keepers that have spent big money on wild fish, such as at the convention for example and after a few months they have losy more then half of their fish. Personaly I dont like wild fish anymore. For me I am breeding Discus and Angelfish and I just dont want any problems in my fishroom. Well my 2 cents.
