Coby,
	Her is my feeding schedule for my fish:
1) Before I go to work they get a combination of flake and pellet food
2) When I get home from work they get something live: daphnia, mesquito 
larve, or whit worms (although I will soon be trying black worms.
3) at 9 pm they get frozen food. Either blood worms, mysis shrimp, brine 
shrimp, or glass worms
4) I also hatch BBS. So every 36 hours they get BBS instead of what they 
normally get at that feeding time.

My fish seem to grow pretty well and I don't have problems spawning them.
