Hi Yvan,
I use Maracin(an antibiotic) probably 1 tablett /20g for a few days to get 
rid of Blue green algae quickly.
Make sure that you remove as much of the algae as you can before dropping 
the Maracin in the tank.Remove the dead algae asap.
Don't use Maracin to often in the same tank. You don't want to grow a 
resistant strain of cyanobacteria in your tank.
