Yes.  Most likely.  I put large ghost shrimp into a 55g heavily planted tank
to test out how shrimps would fair and my A. njisseni & D. filementosus
mutilated then consumed the shrimp one by one (I dropped like 15 in).

I highly recommend against trying $$$ shrimp with apistos.
