Hi Michael Last September 5, I purchase two male cacatuoides. Both were the size of a neon tetra. The male I use for breeding in a 15 gallon tank, now is close to 3 inches long. Other one I have in a 35 gallon community tank is little over one inch long. The only different I saw in the two Apisto was, the bigger male was very aggressive, even when I first purchase them. I do feed them the same food. Wait and see what happen. Good Luck George > When I moved in September I took a few fish over to my sisters house > to hold for me.
