stunted growth??

When I moved in September I took a few fish over to my sisters house
to hold for me. Of course with my zany schedule I just got the fish back
last week. Two male Apisto. cacatuoides where among the fish. Now she feed
them flake and freeze dried bloodworms daily. These fish are about 4-5
months old and about 1 inch long. Are these guys stunted??
Even with a good fat diet will they grow bigger?
