Steve,
Sorry I can't help you with the tetras but another type of
fish you might want to consider from West Africa is a small
killifish such as Aphyosemion bitaeniata. I am currently
keeping these in a breeding tank with apistos with no
obvious loss to the fry. They are beautiful and are easy
to breed. Fish such as these are easy to obtain through
members of the AKA.
