Hi Fredrik and All Thanks for the reply Regarding the starter culture, I have a few questions: How much tank water for how many drops of Liquifry.? Do I keep this in a bright or dark area? How will I know when the culture is ready to feed to the fry? Will I see something moving in the culture? How long will the culture be good? Do I start a new culture each day or how do I keep the culture going? Will the culture eventually go bad and if so what are the signs? Any other tips are most welcome I do have a small clump of Java Moss im the vicinity of the spawn-it is hard to find in the LFS in this area> Thanks Leo Leo Reinhard rein@better.net Pickering Ontario Canada - -----Original Message----- From: Fredrik.Ljungberg@saab.se <Fredrik.Ljungberg@saab.se> To: apisto@majordomo.pobox.com <apisto@majordomo.pobox.com> Date: Thursday, January 22, 1998 12:47 AM Subject: Re: Rams have spawned >> I added some Liquifry to the tank shortly after the spawning to stimulate >> infusoria as recommended in the Liquifry instructions.Has anyone else tried >> this and does it work? >> > >Try getting a separate culture started in a glass jar.
