55 Gallon tank, new to apsitos, you make the call,

I am going to have either pairs of apsitos or 1 species with 1 male and five
females (approx.)  Lots of plants, acidic and soft conditions created by ro
water and perhaps peat filtration . Tetras as dither fish.  Lots of bogwood
rocks and other material for hiding places.I have 220 total Watts of VHO
lighting and an Eheim filter. What types of apistos would you keep?  How many?
A. Cacataudes is a favorite of mine and I've read they are easy to breed.  The
goal of this tank is to set up perfect spawning conditions.
