levamisole HCL

Well, I finally got the levamisole.  However, it is labeled Levamisole 
Phosphate, injectable soln 13.65%.  The insert states that each ml of 
soln. contains Leva. phosphate equivalent to 136.5 mg of Leva.HCL.

Could anyone help me figure out the dosage.  I have the Laidlaw 
information, but I m not certain about the Leva.Phosphat in LevaHCl 
connection.
Also, do you think (and remember I'll only be using enough for a ten 
gallon tank) that the amount of phospate that will be used will 
adversely affect the production of algae?
I could always keep the lights off for the day that I will use th e 
medication.
Ive already received more help thtan I prob. deserve, but I already lost 
one badly infected female, I dont want to lose another.
