A. sp. Blutkehl/Cut-throat (literally "Blood throat) is a species closely related to A. uaupesi. A. sp. Segelflossen/Sailfin appears to be a geographic color variant of A. uaupesi. I have listed A. sp. Blutkehl as a similar variant in the past, but cross breeding experiments described in Mayland & Bork's book indicate that it actually is a separate species.
