FWIW, Visio is a great drawing tool that doesn't require a lot of technical
knowledge to product great drawings. It's files can even be imprted into
many CAD programs. There are also some low end CAD programs
available. But the nice thing about Visio is that it can be used for many
more applications, flow charting, org charts, block diagrams, mechanical
drawing, entitiy relationship diagrams, etc.
