I'm not sure about ramshorn snails, the brown snails certainly do eat eggs
and wrigglers.
Try puting a small slice of cucumber in the tank last thing at night. Then
first thing in the morning remove snail covered cucumber.  Repeat this as
often as required.  Keep up your gravel cleaning and this should eliminate
them eventually.
