I have just spoken to one of my friends and it has been two years since he
last saw Copella arnoldi here in Scotland UK.  Bill, my friend bred this
species 3 years ago and he tells me that they jump out of the water and lay
their eggs on the cover glass.  The male then splashes his tail to keep the
eggs moist.
