Pinpoint pH meter

Is the Pinpoint pH meter a good instrument for minoring my freshwater pH,
should I buy something more expensive?

I saw it at aquadirect and it seems to be an easy to use and cheap pH
meter, it doesn't have the control for the solenoid valve, but I have
decided to do without it in my CO2 tank.

Does anyone of you use it or can tell me something about it?
