D. Filamentosa ( Filamentosus?) has been one of
my favorites for many years, and the worst I've experienced is less dominant
males seem to lose the filaments from their tails. In the past, I've kept groups
of the fish with juvenile corydoras, without a problem.
I agree with John- check water quality and
gravel for the Corys.
