If your tank is well established, there should be plenty of micro-organisms in the gravel etc. for the fry to get by for a day or so. So don't panic. You don't have to put the liquifry stuff in the tank because it just pollutes the water. That's the way it's supposed to work anyway. The fish don't actually eat the stuff, but eat the bugs that grow because of it. I only use the stuff with Gouramis because they are really teeny and do eat veggies as well. G.
