"P" are the parents if they are "wild caught" and f1 are the kids from the
first generation.

But, what I am wondering is why you would put these fish into small tank
with a pair of Kribs who have kids?  IMHO this is a death sentence.  When
your kribs spawn again, your apistos may be toast.


If the cacatoides is hiding at the back among the plants it's because that's
the only place he feels safe, and justifiably so.

Most people who buy these types of fish put them in species only tanks
because they want them to breed successfully.  Mike Wise recommends only
surface swimming fish like hatchets to be put with apistos to be dithers.
I hope you have another tank for them sometime real soon in the future.
