Gary..........in response to your question and the gentleman that asked the first question: I got 2 pr. of Nannac. aureocephalus from Julio Melgar....oh maybe 7-8-9 months ago. The big male was about 4" and just really nifty. Not flashy....just golden and nice. The females were 1/2 the size or less and were super mothers. Spawns were 60 or so fry. I gave he whole bunch away because the name wasn't Apisto.......every now and again I'm sorry I did that. Spawn were relatively easy......pH about 7.4 hardness nothing super.......temp. about 78degrees. Nice fish! With the big male around the smaller male only got to 2 1/2 " to 3".
