Bob,

I still have a couple of working Silent Giants & even a factory repair kit (not
just the rubber)! Undoubtedly the best air pump ever made - super quiet and super
output. I also have a 20+ year old French built Star pump that can push 24" of
water without humming. I hate to think of it blowing its diaphragms. I'll never
find replacements. The only thing that comes close now-a-days is the Supra
(Second Nature) and Luft (Tetra) pumps. I wonder why no one has ever copied the
Silent Giant.
