I have just read through some of Dave Soares articles on breeding. It seems that he does some fairly unique things to breed and watch his Apistos in a more natural environment. For instance he puts 700 A. caucatoides in a 150 gallon tank. Has anyone done anything (not necessarily to this extent) with better results by using crowding methods. ....or maybe this is something better handled by professionals and not for home use :) Thanks.
