You should have no problem moving the fry to the 10 gallon tank.   I
would take about half of the water for the 10 gallon tank right out of
the 29 that the fry were in originally.   Then add some fresh water to
fill the tank up.   This should cause too much stress for the fry.   I
would suggest just moving the fry and not both.  You probably could get
away with moving both parents and fry, but might end up losing the fry
if the parents get stressed out or freak from the move and decide to
devour the fry.    This is just my opinion.   Maybe someone else has had
good luck moving both parents and fry.   Anyone?
