Female Agassizii Rio Tefe 2

Good  Day to everyone

My female A. agassizii Rio Tefe 2 develop a small fungal infection near
her eye.  She is still healthy.  It doesn`t seem to be bother her, but
of course I like to cure her of this disease.
I have her and the male in a 10 gallon tank. I`m  start my third day of
treatment. I`m treating her with  Maroxy and feeding her only Tetra
Anti-Bacteria food.

Is there a better way of treating her
