I think so, they have already been meeting on their own and were trying to figure out if they wanted to join us or not. Probably depends on where the board meeting is, if they want to come, and if so they should be the first item on the agenda so that if they want to leave right afterwards they can, or we can always talk with them after a general meeting or before as well.
