RE: Memberships, expiry, cards, etc
I'm sort of the same opinion too... I would think this kind of approach
works when your membership doesn't have a very big turnover, i.e., people
tend to renew year after year. I know that the folks running the club
before me (Steve Avenell in particular) didn't like it, which is why they
changed it. I suggested it only as an alternative for Erika if she isn't
ready for the challenge of monthly business card mailings. :)
Hopefully Clay and Dave can weigh in on this one as well!
