online copy of bylaws

This is for Rick mostly, but I'm too lazy to look up the two e-mail 
addresses. :)

I put the bylaws at http://test.thekrib.com/bylaws.zip

New copy of comprehensive DVD is burned, will try and remember to bring to
the next meeting (though it sounds like no hurry).  I've got everything
else done on my list except for making postcards, which I'll do in the
next week, and promoting the contest on e-mail, which I'll do with more
details from you & Clay (prizes?  other rules?  Take a look at the
placeholder copy I put on the website, which is deliberately not
mentioning either...).
