Newsletter questions and information

I am working on expanding the masthead information to include information
about GSAS, add disclaimner etc. I am using website for current info for
BOD, CC etc and one of the old NL done by Erik for ideas and some other
info.

At this time exchange NL's are coming to me. Am I correct to assume there no
longer is an identified "Exchange Editor"?

Re Advertising: 
What are the rates, rules? Is this something to save for board meeting? It
can easily be added at later time. FYI Old NL states "$50 per quarter page
per year. Up to two simultaneous ads per individual or company are
permitted." 

Re Reproduction of articles and illustrations:
If the following still reflects what we want for GSAS, I will use the
following, which is lifted from old NL."No electronic reproduction is
permitted without prior permission of the author. Articles and illustrations
may be reprinted in non-electronic media, provided that proper credit is
given to the author or artist and to Norwest Aquaria. Two copies of the
reprinted material, one for the author/artist, and one for the Society
should be sent to:"  The address used in past was the Exchange Editor.

Re exchange publications: What is usually done with them?
