Eric & Phil: In response to the emails over the weekend I remain horribly conflicted over the sponsorship issue too. I see where Phil is going with the ability to really make the auction big in the Canada model and how to keep the website maintainable. * So I support a 'sponsor' tab off of GSAS.org There are some sites that handle this VERY well and others that don't so I would love to discuss this at the general and or board meeting. Seems workable. * Feature national clubs with a newsletter exchange If a club is willing to participate in a newsletter exchange I would be happy adding them to or links as that serves a purpose. I would also work to add (maintain) or donor email list so they at least get a regular PDF of the newsletter. * General website redesign The website is fantastic as it has most of the information one needs without wholly consuming a board member's talent. However in September I got a few emails inquiring as to if the club was still active... Something to consider. * Logo redesign I for one like the logo now that I know a little about it. However change can be good. This is not something to do lightly. Questions? Comments? Reflections?
