Hi all,
We have a date (2/9/10); and we have a building and room (Royal Brougham
Pavilion, 3414 Third Avenue West, Seattle, WA 98119; Falcon's Lounge; 2nd
Floor). What time do we want to start the announcements and the auction?
We can plan the set-up time from that.

It is OK to move the start time to 7 PM for this meeting. We've
