Re: Anyone making there own frozen foods?



Hi Paul

This sounds like a great recipe any measurement on the supplements? Also
does shirmp work as a binder? I've heard of using gelatin(clear, unflavored)
as a binder.
Ever try that...This seems like a nice simple sweet recipe, I'm gonna try
this.
