Try again in another 12 or so hours.
One thing I forgot to mention (oops) - I keep a light on the culture on the
'normal fishroom light' schedule. Not sure how much it helps, but I've always
done it this way - usually leave the jar near a tank with a hanging light. I
don't think they hatch as readily in the dark.
Also, if it still fails, it might be the eggs are bad. Tell us about your brine
shrimp eggs - when were they acquired? How are they stored? BSE *hate*
moisture; they want to hatch when they get damp. If you've kept them open for
long periods of time, that really hammers their shelf life. I keep mine in the
bottom of a frost free fridge after opening.
Those little vials of them you get from pet shops are pretty bad, in my
experience, though the vials are handy
