[GSAS-Member] VAHC auction another success!

Man, you guys once again missed one HELL of an auction this weekend!  The 
Vancouver club general auction opened its doors at 8AM and by 10AM over 850 
lots were on the tables, ready to go!  We ran straight through from 10AM to 
4PM, with a 30 min break for lunch (yummy Canadian hot dogs, woohoo!), this 
year with clear weather outside and a fantastic crown inside.  Calye and I 
even made off with a new Fluval Edge tank, won in the raffle drawing! 

I'm really quite disappointed that no one else from Seattle made the drive 
up for this fantastic event.  Border crossing has never been an issue for 
us, either going in or coming home, so there's really nothing to worry about 
there.  I do hope that next year those of you on the fence get down from 
said fence and come along for the fun!
