Sounds like great fun. Erik and I used to go to these before we had kids, and I definitely enjoyed them. However, now with kids the drive alone would make us crazy, as would the fact we could never sit through an auction with them. I was reminiscing with Erik how we used to drive to Portland and back to hear a great speaker all in the same evening. Or go for one of their weekend events. (or drive a speaker to Vancouver Canada and back). Life certainly does change. Shoot, we were just DELIGHTED our kids made it through the meeting last Tues. That was a treat. I haven't been able to do that since June of 03!!! Nice to hear the report. I remember when we went the prices were absolutely amazing! Great fish too.
