[GSAS-Member] Nerite Snails Eggs

I am following up to the conversation that got started several weeks back 
regarding Nerite Snails.

Did anyone find out what the story is about all the sesame seed sized eggs they 
leave all around the tank.  I have done some topical research and everything I 
am reading is about making them viable.  I don't want to breed them. I want the 
eggs to stop.  I have heard it suggested that Nerites stop laying eggs after a 
few weeks.  I have also heard that the eggs will just decompose in several 
weeks.  The latter is not a solution for me because they are unsightly but if 
they stop laying eggs after being in fresh water that is something else.

Did anyone follow this topic to its end?
