I don't think anyone said that person had to be from the AGA, just that
they be an experienced aquarist.  I also don't think there needs to be a
differnet person assigned to each judge.  I don't really see the need for
the person to be someone outside the judging pool necessarily.

We might try to think of a nice, easily mailed gift that we could give each
one.
