Erik, Dave VanderWall and I have finished the PDF files that we hope can be placed on the event web site for download. Dave did a great job, both of final editing the TAG document and producing the PDF files, in two versions - one set optimized for screen viewing, and the other for people to print out on their own printers. There are 3 documents: TAG version of rules - I guess this should be renamed "Guidelines Package" or something. It contains ALL of the guidelines for the event plus the forms required to enter by mail. The MS Word version of this has already been sent to Mary McCaw for publication in the next TAG. 1-page brochure - This is the brief overview of the event designed to be printed in Club Bulletins. Poster - This is the poster I hope clubs/individuals will print out and stick up in their local aquarium stores. It would be too much work to expect the translators to turn the large set of Guidelines into other languages, if they are already planning on doing translation of the web site, but I would like to be able to have multiple language versions of the 1-page brochure AND the poster available. Michael Eckardt is currently working on the German version of the 1-page Club document for us. The translation volunteers are: Soren "Disky" Reinke [mailto://disky@disky-design.dk] [Danish] Michael Eckardt [mailto://mike@odg.com] [German] Ronald Koo [mailto://khoo@telcores.com] [Chinese] Jose Correa Lohmann [mailto://jcl@pol.com.pe] [Spanish] I would appreciate it if each of them could contact me to get the latest copies of the 1-page document meant for aquarium clubs and the text of the Poster.
