Eh, for one thing, it just has to be POSTMARKED by midnight tonight. So
people actually still can enter. For another thing, just 'cause they can
do paypal doesn't mean they can skip the photo release (unless it's faxed
or scanned or something).
But interesting... there were a few folks in non-US countries that ended
up sending cash because it's prohibitively expensive to get a foreign
money order drawn for $5. Good idea!
