With the election problems going on now, I was just worried that one or more
of the entrants could campaign on the APD, with user groups, his/her local
aquarium club, office, etc.  to vote for his/her entry.   If that were to
happen, it might not reflect which of the entries is the best, but the one
that was entered by the person who was willing to do the most campaigning.

Am I being too paranoid here?
