Yes, it's best if we can avoid a whole meshchugas
contraption.

I think we'll be okay so long as we can show, if we ever
had to show, that we made reasonable efforts to make it
clear how things work and we have explicit pointers/links
to the rules and conditions.

That, with a fax/scan signature, should cover us or so we
will hopefully soon hear. We are assuming that the sender
has rights to the photo, but we'd be making that same
asumpiton if they were hand-delivering it in person with
priest, a rabbi, and Oprah Winfrey in escort.
