Hi Ghazanfar,

If that doesn't work, then I'd put some REAL thought into how you guys can
rearrange the schedule so that people are eating at a more reasonable time.
You are going to have people leaving in the middle of Amano's talk (even
though they don't want to) because they can't wait for physical reasons) or
grumpy, hungry and inattentive or bring food in to eat while they are
watching, which is probably not very polite.  If I were Amano, I sure
wouldn't be happy with it either.  He's going to get tired and hungry too.

Finally, the wait staff in the restaurant(s) will be lowest right when close
to 150 people need to eat lunch.
