Hehehe. I pestered members who were about to expire, too.

I anticipate that my work next year would involve creating an accurate list 
of people registered for the convention, including what they paid for and 
their membership status.

I think the Reg Committee on the local side should actually print the 
badges and so forth.

I think that if all Phil has are 4 - 6 dedicated people, that he should 
make sure that they are truly, deeply dedicated. Life happens, ya know?
