OK, how 'bout this... Add to my previous set of local requirements, OFFICE WRANGLER: someone local to provide a working laser or good inkjet and computer system (possibly network?) running all the usual programs (plus any requests from the badger, signer, auctioneer, etc) capable of printing everything out. Said local person also receives (or makes OfficeMax run for) cardstock for badges, cardstock for signs, plain paper for auction receipts, etc.
Signer can use that system for printing signs as needed, Badger takes care of badges, turns into auction system on Sunday, etc.
