Re: [AGA-mcm] Media Sales Tallies

Absolutely, it's because those years both have Amano's talks and demos.
Dunno about a combo package... the thing's already so ridiculously
discounted already at $25 a pop.
Okay. How about "Buy both and get two Aqua Journals FREE!"
Dunno really. With the completion of the TAG disk and the "remaster" of
2000-2002, it feels to me like I've completed all the projects *I*
wanted to do for the AGA under my "media guy" hat...for now. There have
always been some ideas that I've had or Karen's had of making some more
professional topical videos under the AGA moniker... i.e., "beginning
aquatic plants", or maybe even "native plant collecting". But these
will have to wait for a year when I'm not using my infant as a model for
CO2 cylinder transport "don'ts".
Yes, I understand that those are big projects. Maybe someone else could
produce a video for us. How much money do we have? Just kidding. Sort of.
Now in terms of generating more interest in the disks, or using them to
generate more interest in the AGA, maybe there's some ideas you might have?
The ADA deal is a good thing. The conversation about flyers to go with
them sort of petered out and then my computer blew up. Then there's a
guy in Singapore who wants to promote them over there. But I wasn't
certain about the legalities of doing that. What exactly was the
agreement with Amano about using the convention talks?
PS: Have you added that Canadian new member guy "Neveu" to the database
already? Since he's non-responsive to e-mail, I'm about ready to refund
the whole transaction... wondering if I should refund all but the
membership, or whether this would be rude.
Yes, I added him. Maybe we should wait a bit longer. I can try e-mailing
him if you like.
