Erik, I suspect that your work for AGA is getting a bit too much, especially at conventions. Correct me if I am wrong. I also think that Karen's workload could stand to be reduced. Correct me if I am wrong. There may be other people working heroically behind the scenes that could use some relief. I remember quite some time ago looking into the organization of the American Killifish Association and noting that they had a lot more editors and that other duties were divided up more.
