Ooh, I like that for a couple of reasons. Besides being
slightly more generous than demanding 12 months, it gives
an indication of how much time we think they might need to
spend on proposal.

We could even recommend submitting a draft proposal for
comments from AGA somewhere between the 12 month and 9
month marks.
