Re: [AGA-mcm] Milwaukee walks from TAG



Despite my sobbing, I don't think we need to go back.
Possbily, it might affect going further forward. Too soon
to tell since it's only midyear. Ignoring the paucity of
trend data, if we continue at the same rate of revenues as
we have so far the last 12-8 months, then we should be okay
and, in fact, can probably do the Big TAG -- as a service
to the hobby. If we finally push past 1,000 members along
the way, even better.

Right now we have enough assets to operate for a full year
without any revenues at all and it looks like we will be
stable at that level or better. I wouldn't mind cutting
that reserve in half if it meant we could grow one way or
another.

But it sure would be nice to pick up a couple more ads to
make up for the ones we've lost. We're getting down to a
hardcore few and I'd like to see some areas of growth, in
memberhips, business/vendor relationships, activites.
