I think we should be nice to Marcus and say that the rules were intended for paper re-prints and no permissions are given for web re-prints. However, we are as interested in growing the hobby as he is, and was there a specific article that he had in mind? Then I can help him with one or two that we have control over (with appropriate links, of course). How about that?
