Hi Larry, just wanted to make the same caution I've made before about late
May - June dates... You will lose everyone who has a kid in the extended
family who is graduating.  Could be a serious drain on attendance.

Otherwise, I can't wait to pick a date... Christel is agitating to plan our
next collecting trip, and I've been holding off, not wanting it to interfere
with AGA plans!

Well, I guess it's that time again. Time to start planning the next AGA
Convention! 

As most of you are aware we have not yet finalized the date and location
details, but are looking at sevral different options.

Kathy has been in contact with Brad at FAN. FAN is located in west FT
Lauderadle, FL. Brad put us in touch with a friend of his at the Hollywood
Beach Crowne Plaza. I spoke with them and after a detailed conversation they
decided that they simply did not have the meeting space we would need. 

However, the contact put me in touch with another property just down the
street. I am going to give them a call back shortly to see what they might
have for us. I am going to get pricing for May/June 2010 and the
first/second weekends of Nov 2010.  

May/June will be better for collecting, but November is our traditional
date. We can look at other dates also but we need to be attentive to the
fluctuations in cost for airfare and hotels during the Florida vacation
seasons.
